Shipping:

All orders are packed up by myself. It does take me some time to write everything on the packaging and to set a positive intention for the person receiving my art, so it may take longer that 3-5 business days for me to ship your order! Starting Sept. 16th 2021, all orders will be shipped out every monday and friday, so if you'd like your order quickly, ordering before shipping days will ensure your order is shipped out right away. 

Local Pick up:

If you would like to come to my apt and pick up your order directly from me, you can use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout so i know not to ship it out and it can ensure you get the items you want without needing to find me at markets! i'll message be messaging through FB or instagram so please leave your username in the comments section of your order ✨

Damaged Products:

If there’s any damage or problems with any products, please contact me immediately and have pictures of damages ready. 

I am not responsible for damages done by shipping partner but will offer a full refund for those willing to work with me.

Please note: I have the right to refuse service. With that being said, please be patient and kind with me if your item/s are damaged. I try my very hardest to package everything up properly to ensure the safe travel of your order, but if something happens and I’m contacted rudely, I will not respond and will not issue any refund/product replacement.
